Mr. Woods is Partner and Business Manager at Blue Dolphin Realty, LLC. He has been in the workforce since he was 12 years old. He is not a real estate agent but has abundant knowledge in the business area. He has done basically everything from sand and gravel to investments in fiber optics companies. Even though he owns or is a part of many companies, he has always dreamed of owning his own real estate company. That dream is now realized. With this fulfillment, he can now be a part of helping people become property owners and soon, helping people find affordable rental property in and around Colorado County, Texas, by helping to provide such properties.

Johnna Maertz is Partner and Broker at Blue Dolphin Realty, LLC. She’s been in the workforce since the age of 16. She worked the oil and gas industry in the late 80’s and early 90’s preparing auto-cad drawings and designing oil and gas skids for manufacturing. When this industry headed on a downhill slope, she partnered in a medical supply business in 1992. Thus was the beginning of her self-employment ventures. She then moved into real estate as a sales associate in 2003 and became a Real Estate Broker soon after. She has garnered valuable experience over the years and is a hardworking person with a commitment to making clients and customers happy.
Johnna wants to earn your trust and be your Realtor. The real estate market and laws are CONTINUOUSLY changing and she does keep up with these changes by completing many hours of continuing education courses . Johnna has closed deals in as little as 2 weeks and has helped people search for property for longer than 2 years before finding something that suited them. Buying property is a HUGE step in life. She wants to make sure the people she is helping are not just “settling” and find the property they truly desire . She has listed and sold properties for as little as $4500.00 and has listed and sold multi-million dollar properties, so know she will be there, no matter the dollar amount.
